Snickers Cake: Chocolate cake with peanut butter frosting. Filled with salted caramel and chopped peanuts. All topped with chocolate ganache, salted caramel, chopped peanuts, and Snickers candy bar pieces. (Pictured right)

Pumpkin Spice Latte Cake: Spiced pumpkin cake with spiced espresso buttercream. Topped with sweet cream and dusted with cinnamon.

Mojito Cake: Mint and lime flavored cake layered with lime curd and mint buttercream.Topped with fresh mint leaves, lime zest, and fresh whipped cream.
